How we look after your details
NOMI Bangor is run by Nomi Restaurants Ltd, company number 14560298, registered office 53 High Street, Pwllheli LL53 5RT. We are responsible for the personal details you give us.

Table bookings
When you book a table, we take your name, contact details, party size, date and any notes you add. SevenRooms runs our booking system. We use these details to manage your booking and to contact you about it.
Room bookings
When you book a room, we take your name, contact details, stay dates and any requests. Mews runs our hotel system. If you book through a site such as Booking.com or Expedia, they pass your booking to us so we can look after your stay.
Allergies and dietary needs
If you tell us about an allergy or dietary need, we use it only to prepare your meal and to look after you during your visit.
Payments and gift cards
Payments at the restaurant and new gift cards are handled by Square. We do not keep your full card details.
Emails from NOMI
If you join our email list, we send news and offers through Klaviyo. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Enquiries
If you email or call us, we use your details to reply and to deal with what you asked.
Cookies on this website
Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you say yes, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page.
Essential. Squarespace, which runs this website.
Analytics. Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages people find useful.
Advertising. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to show NOMI to people on Google, Facebook and Instagram and to see which ads bring visits. Klaviyo, for our email sign-up. Triptease, which helps us show room offers and advertise our rooms.
Keeping and sharing
We keep your details only as long as we need them for these purposes and for our legal and accounting duties. We share them only with the services named here, our accountant, or where the law requires it. We never sell them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them or limit how we use them. You can object to marketing at any time. Email info@nomibangor.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
